Questions we're often asked
Chatbot or AI agent, what's the difference?No difference here. A chatbot answers from what you teach it; ours also does what you'd expect from an employee: it shows product cards, books appointments on request, understands voice notes, and hands off to a person. We say “agent”, you can say “chatbot”: it's the same service.
Do I need a particular kind of website?No. On a website, it's one line to paste (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or custom-built). On WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, it connects to your Meta accounts, with your number and your page.
Where does my data go?Conversations are stored on the DaleVoz platform, in your workspace. Messages go through the AI model chosen for the agent, as with any assistant, and you can export your conversations from the console whenever you like.
What if it gets something wrong?It answers from what you taught it, and says when it doesn't know. Before going live, AI-played personas test it; after that, your team can take over any conversation.
How long until it's live?The agent is created in a few minutes, from Claude or the console. The real time is teaching it your business: your website, your FAQ, your catalog.
Can I stop whenever I want?Yes. No commitment: you stop whenever you want.
What about data protection?Conversations stay in your workspace, and you export them from the console whenever you want. The application and its database are hosted in the Netherlands, with Railway (europe-west4-drams3a region, Amsterdam), inside the European Union. The list of subprocessors and the retention periods are in our privacy policy.
