Revolution Agency · DaleVoz
DaleVoz is a conversational agent platform operated by Revolution Agency. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: 2026-09-26
Revolution Agency builds and operates DaleVoz. Our role depends on the situation, and that distinction determines who you should contact.
If your request concerns a conversation with a business's agent, we forward it to that business and tell you who to continue with.
We only process what the agent needs to work, what a human needs to take over and, if you are our customer, what is needed to manage your account.
If you write or speak to a business's agent:
If you are a customer of the platform (holder of a console account):
We do not ask for identity documents or health data. If you send them on your own initiative, we do not use them and you may request their deletion.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train language models.
We rely on the following providers, each limited to what its function requires. In brackets, the country where it is established:
The application and its database are hosted in the Netherlands, with Railway (europe-west4-drams3a region, Amsterdam), inside the European Union.
Several of these providers are established outside Peru and the European Union. These transfers rely on the contractual clauses and protection commitments published by each provider.
When a contract with a business customer ends, its data is deleted or returned within 30 days.
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, object to its processing, or request its portability.
Write to contact@revolutionagency.ai, stating the phone number you wrote from and, if you know it, the name of the business you spoke with. If you are a customer of the platform, give your account's email address. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
In Peru you may also lodge a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (Law No. 29733). If you live in the European Union, you may contact your national supervisory authority.
To delete your data immediately, the direct route is described on the data deletion page.
Exchanges with the platform are encrypted in transit. Passwords and the platform's access keys (public and secret keys) are kept only as hashes, never in clear text. Language model keys and channel access keys (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Zendesk, telephony, calendar) are stored encrypted. Access to conversations is restricted to people authorised by the business customer and to the engineers who need to intervene.
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted between you and the business's number. From there, the business decides who reads them, exactly as if it were replying from a phone.
The service is not directed at children under 14. If we detect a minor's data collected without parental authorisation, we delete it.
If we amend this policy, we update the date shown at the top. Substantial changes are communicated to business customers before they take effect.
On our presentation pages (services and pricing), and only if you accept it in the banner shown there, we use two measurement tools:
If you refuse, the page works exactly the same and neither tool is loaded.
When you arrive through the signature link shown under one of our customers' assistants (“Created by DaleVoz”), we also set a DaleVoz first-party cookie, dv_ref, for 90 days: it only remembers which assistant you came from, plus a random identifier, so we know whether that visit led to a trial or an account. It is not shared with anyone and contains nothing that identifies you. While you are on the services and pricing page, we also measure, without any personal data, how long you stay, how far you scroll, which buttons you use, your browser's language and time zone, and the page you clicked from.
