Terms of Use

DaleVoz lets a business configure a conversational agent, connect it to its channels (website, WhatsApp, voice) and let a human take over the conversation when needed.

Console access is personal. The customer is responsible for the credentials it distributes and for actions taken from its account.

Creating an account means accepting these terms; the date and time of that acceptance are recorded.

The platform must not be used to:

• send unsolicited messages to people who have not consented;
• impersonate another business or person;
• distribute unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights;
• circumvent the technical or security limits of the service.

Use of WhatsApp is additionally subject to Meta's policies, in particular the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Breaching them may lead Meta to suspend the number, a decision outside our control.

The customer retains ownership of the content it uploads (knowledge base, messages, branding). It grants us only the right to use that content to deliver the service.

The customer warrants that it holds the necessary rights over that content.

The agent's replies are generated by a language model. They can contain errors. The customer is responsible for framing the agent and for verifying sensitive information before committing towards a third party.

We aim to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing a contractual rate unless separately agreed in writing. Planned interruptions are announced in advance whenever possible.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost business opportunities, or Meta's decisions regarding a number or an account. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event.

Subscription taken out online from the console: it is monthly and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The customer may cancel it at any time from its console; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, already paid, which is not refunded pro rata. The service stays open until then, after which the workspace returns to the free offer.

Other arrangements (set-up and follow-up by us): either party may end the relationship with 30 days' notice.

For our part, we may end the service with 30 days' notice.

Customer data is deleted or returned within 30 days of termination.

These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
